  1. Rude and unfriendly staff and services

    Worse service in any bank i encounter. No service, rude security and personal female staff. Open an account at 2.10pm on
    amonday afternoon only to be told no staff, come back at 3pm.

    VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Unable to assist in providing the settlement amt for my loan. Just pass the call without ensuring the call is responded.
    Provide two tel no. 20581999 & 2034300 but when i call more than 10 times either nobody answer the phone or engaged

    Hope the management will do something to improve the service

  4. very bad experience and not satisfied with the service – settlement credit card. go to branch but asked me to call CC to cancel the card
    29.7.19 call CC to settle and cancelled the card.
    payment already done as per instruct and have been told to check again after two weeks . Card will cancelled and no more payment.

    29.8.19 checked thru’ online and so unbelievable there is still amount outstanding that I need to pay. I have been told before that on 29.7.19 there is the total amount that I need to pay to make a full settlement. So how come I still have outstanding figure today????

    If I did not checked online, I did not know this. Futher more no one from your side call and notify me.
