I have NEVER in my entire life been so livid! I called in to get some help and I was told that my account for technical support had been canceled and I had to pay another 109.?? in order to reinstate my account. WTF are you kidding me? I had no idea that my account was canceled to begin with and then they tell me that I have to pay another 110.00 in order to reinstate the account. I am saying to you all now that AVG does NOT care about there clients and that they are a ripoff and all they want to do is screw you out of your money!!!!! I am going to let my subscription run out and I WILL be going to another service for sure….. It is a shame cuz i had been using AVG for as long as they have had there software out on the market. This is a shame for sure, Cuz I am going to literally tell as many as i can how much AVG.com “AVG virus software is a “RIPOFF”” and they only want your money and do NOT give a care about the client!
