P10 hanged on the first day I bought
Hi. I’m P10 user. Camera provided by P10 is so beautiful compare to other phone. That is the main reason why i bought P10. Unfortunately, the first i use P10, my phone hanged. I cannot take picture, and every time i want to take picture, my phone hanged. I cannot retrieve my photos through almost all application such as Whatsapp and Instagram. And my battery drain a bit fast compared to my older phone (Samsung S4). According to the speculation of P10, my battery should last longer. Now i already sent my phone to Huawei Service center in Taman Molek, Johor, and i want to one-to-one exchange my phone. But as usual, everything took longer time to process, and common answer is, we are out of stock. I dont believe with ‘out of stock things’. The thing is, I want to use my phone! Can you make it fast? I buy expensive phone the enjoy the performance of the phone not to wait such a long time to repair my new expensive phone! Am I the only one have problem like this??
The Experience about first time buy huawei phone.
huawei mate 20 pro is my first huawei phone and it will be the last huawei phone i buy. Your after sales service is a shame. Wasting customer time and money But cannot help customer solve the problem. So disappointed. Next time i wont buy a piece of shit like this.
