  2. Bad Service

    To person incharge!

    I am very upset with PROTON dealers and service at FAIR PARK area which is located in Ipoh. We went there to purchase a car and the sales girl name SHEILA and MR TAN recommended us to buy Persona and also informed us there is few Freebies and oil money(RM50) included if we purchase in the month of October and November. Its almost 2 month now and still havent receive any items yet. Both of the sales agent is not responding to any of my messages neither calls and its really beyond my patience now. Is this the way they treat customer and lie to them.
    Hope there will be action taken on them and i receive compensation for keeping me waiting. Nevertheless, I still do need my freebies ASAP.

  3. I don’t know the experience aftr sales services. But what i want to say now is the upset and kinda lied from Sales person in putrajaya branch, mrfuzi. Me and family starting discussion to buy proton exora since end ogos. It prolong from sept to oct to novuntil now, month of December already. He’s feedback at first no stock for proton exora full spec exec/premium. Then got change something on proton exora part (unsure) take time. But its since Nov. He play smart already promising car will be reaching us next week n next until months changes accordingly. He already ask us to sign loan wth bank wth casis no and request to do front pymt (10%). Also just recently he registered car number on 26 nov 2018. But until now no status or exactly date when the car will be delivered to putrajaya branch and we as customers will receive it. I’m really angry and nit satisfy as kinda lied and indirectly bullying customers. We are totally loser for 1 years car value as the casis registration year 2018. No special rebate or discounted to us as customers. Yet no Proton Exora visible in front of us. Is it only be reached to us on 31/12/2018??? Last day of year 2018. Come on we patent enough to give time periods for almost 3-4 month. If the Sales person is professional enough he will advise us properly and get right communication info from HQ/ factory on stock sttus. More importantly to take care customers need as all our plan extend or fail to execute accordingly. Proton please do Necessary action!!! Thanks

  7. Poor service at Sin Siang Hin

    Bad service at Sin Siang Hin (ss14 subang jaya) proton service.
    Paid for full syntetic oil (10k km).
    Sticker for service sticked for 5k km.
    Told them to proof if fuly syntetic was put in they said they can flush out and put in a new oil.
    So did they really put what i paid for???
    They give free car wash, which is not properly done. When asked they said its 3rd party and they dont know.
    If you dont want to take resposiblity why send the car for the wash at thr place????
    I have lost trust with this services centre.

    I went to your Juru Penang service centre today at 9am for 11k service my X70. Really disappointed on the people working here specially at garage, so relax no sense of urgency in doing their work by moving around n talking alot instead of do their work. Yet sharp 10.30 leave the car for morning break n back 11 . Its good to have a break but after break must be energize to complete ur task but here still moving around talking drinking smoking like not their business. Now already 12.30 my car still not finish yet. If this is how ur after sales service no point u have world class car like X70 with bad after sales service. Hope Proton do something to overcome ur bad service problems. I oso owe a perodua Alza since 2011 till now. Seem like they win proton in after sales service. Try bring back excellent image of proton not to condemn by user n again proton goes bad again in automobile market. Hope I not going to see the same senarior at my next service. Mayb I ll put in press with photos of ur working enviroment n people. Dont wait to tgings get serious, act now. Selling car is main ur business but after sales service is to maintain ur good repo with ur buyer for long term relationship

  9. Unsatisfactory reason

    If proton expert, using his own opinion and experience, without evaluate and calculation, given an unsatisfactory reason say the impact on the accident was not strong enough to trigger the airbag. What are the purpose to have the car inspect? Why the expert rejected to have the ADU take out for checking?

  10. Proton Persona 2018 Dashboard rattling noise

    I trust that Proton has improvise , I bought Proton Persona premium last year 2018
    After 6 months on the road, rattling noises from dashboard, the suspension are not comfortable like Iris

    Please advise which Proton service center can settle my issue

  11. Serious market claim not being attend by Proton panel work shop with lot of excuse

    Myself had purchase Proton Saga VVT on 29th June 2018 Plat no ALB 8693 as market claim on March 2019 due to Fuel pump problem car suddenly stop when on the roadway driving or reverse as the Fuel Pump not function intermittent. Car stopped while driving in middle of the road will lead to loss of life cause may bang from lorry or car behind as these is critical claim major problem through Proton Service Centre Modern Tune ( Fah kee Motor Bercham Ipoh ) Dianostic found out Fuel pump error as unwilling to do replacement the mechanic re-download the ECU program. Claim again then the Proton Service center inform no spare part only available replace with Saga FLX fuel pump and relay by mechanic problem solve. August 2019 same problem as the Modern Tune ( Fah kee Motor Bercham Ipoh ) inform for 2nd claim with same item need to write report to Proton factory HQ. Unwilling to do to erase the error quote and inform able to drive, Same problem happen claim again as the mechanic found out Fuel pump problem at the error code but unwilling to change due to relay replace by the previously mechanic wrong type and the old version type of Saga FLX fuel pump not Saga VVT.
    Need Proton factory HQ to take over these matter through Modern Tune ( Fah kee Motor Bercham Ipoh ) to do replacement faulty unit of fuel pump that these is major big issue that lead to loss of life as the car stopped middle of the road while driving. If whole world not these issue not being attended to do replacement for the faulty fuel pump will badly affected proton car lead to loss of life as very serious case.

  12. Worst repair service

    I am an owner for X70. Met an accident and filed an Insurance claim from Proton Edear Ipoh (Jalan Kuala Kangsar branch) on 29/4/19.

    Insurance adjuster approved the claim on 9/5/19

    The car still can be driven, only left front side dented and the left front side parking sensor not working. I understand that parts may have to import from China and will take some time to arrive. But it needs to be within reasonable time.

    Today is 22/8/19, close to 4 months after filling the claim, still not sure when can the car be ready.

    For those who consider buying X70, pray that you don’t need to send to car repair, otherwise you maybe owning a car, paying the loan, but the car forever park at Proton Edar service center.

  13. Teribble and irresponsible boss and staff

    Penang proton service centre Jalan Makloom has the worst service ethics when it comes to the air-cond re-gas service. The chinese guy who is in charge drove my car like a drunk lunatic and scratched all my rims.( it was a week before raya btw, Im so pissed). But the boss who is Mr Hariz told that he would bare and repair the rim and till now NOTHING!! Is this the attitude of a boss who claims that he would be responsible? And this service centre is the main HQ in penang. Its been 2months after raya and still waiting. Patients has a limit before i burst, just waiting for the right time.

    Selamat sejahtera.

    Minta pertingkatan mutu service, kali pertama menggunakan service centre. Agak mengecewakan, kaunter kosong sepanjang dari jam 1.00 pm sehingga 2.10 pm. Sepatutnya pastikan kaunter mempunyai pegawai yang bertugas. Ambik contoh pusat service toyota mahupun pusat service honda.

  15. Poor Customer Service

    Proton still maintain poor service until now. When i logged in my complaint to customer care and get very general response from them but fundamental not solve the issue. If continue this kind working attitude sooner or later will close shop.

  16. bad experiences and sales's word cannot be trusted

    I booked my X70 for a month. Then i felt that’s too long to wait so i ask the sales person to tell me exact date or is it possible to get a car next week. after awhile he came back and told me there is one slot ask me to pay fast then i trusted him then i pay everything done within a few hours. until now (already 7 days which he mention 2-7days). i chased back he said still on allocate which donno when will get.

    i’m so mad because i need to use car if he told me it cannot get on time then i will go buy other car which ready stock already. i already waited for a month for nothing. keep asking me to wait donno til when. and now cancel also cannot. he said paid already cannot cancel.

    no more on proton no matter how cheap or good it is !!

  17. I have submitted my complaint to your Customer Service and Your Dealer that my Proton Iriz is due for more than 1 month for the warranty parts to be delivered. The car is with Proton Service Centre Tropical Impact-Cheras Balakong due to major defect – GearBox which is under the Proton Warranty. I have to use my own pocket expenses to travel to work using public transport currently at the same time paying loans to the bank and the car is still in the garage. It is seriously tough and burdens to me now. Deliver the part and returned back to me soonest as possible.

    Calling 03-80269999 for more than 48 times but no answer. Since morning till 430pm answer getting is “all our operator is busy at the moment”. Any number can be reach?

  19. Frustration - Long Waiting Period

    I called (Tel 03-80269999) on 7th Sept 2020 inquiring about the status of the delivery of the order (X-70) I placed with Ismaco in Kuching in June 2020. The operator, after checking through the system, informed me that they would need to check into the matter and revert to me on my mobile (number verification was done) within 48 hours. It has been 120 hours (5 days) and i have not heard anything at all since.

    In my conversation, i addressed the following matters:

    1. The car tax exemption holiday will be over by 31.12.2020, and if i decide to go with other type car and if i place my order too late (b’cos of uncertainty at your end), i may be deprived of the tax exemption;

    2. If the car comes late, say towards Dec, then the car is deemed to have lost one year (as it is 2020 make); and

    3. My car number validity period will end if not effected in time.

    All the above will not work out in my favour. I have followed up with a good number of times with Ismaco, and they informed me that the delivery were very much dependent on the shipment from HQ. This is frustrating and prompted me to call your Office.

    I have never experienced a period of more than 1.5 months after booking to get delivery of car so far in the past, let alone 2.5 months now. I am totally disappointed, especially when I needed most a car, as my present 17-year old car is giving a lot of problems.

    To my mind, Proton, if they want to excel, need to improve on delivery, apart from just focusing on brand re-building.

    I sincerely hope that i would be able to get the new car soon.

  20. Unreliable CAR and SERVICE CENTRE in HQ Shah Alam..

    I booked a time service for my car auto window because if cannot go up properly, fog light water retain and also the engine can off by itself but Proton too things to lightly, they informed me that i did not make a booking and since they did not send me an sms it is not valid, i told them i have made 2 appoinment before and they denied saying i have never been in this service centre before, liars, whom are they bullshiting.. very UNPROFESSIONAL and also a bunch of liars..wasted my time going thre when i was told me booking was mad, i spoke and i was on loud speaker infront of my staff, they can prove it..please i would not buy a proton in future, i have lost trust in the car, in the team and also in the name PROTON..
