Your care centers phone numbers are not functioning. The two lines that are working are never answered by anyone.
Hello to you sony, I have a bad experience with you people. How can you give us the addresses of your customer service centers and yet all the phone numbers are not working. All of them are out of service except for power light in Kisumu the artel line for anisima Kimathi street and yet even those two were not pick. How can a customer who is faraway reach you if you don’t pick your calls, and to make it worse all other lines are not functioning?
