Huraian Aduan: I had register a new number through Celcom online Shop service of 019-5551663 on 31st May 2019. by 3rd June 2019 i received email that the sim card been shipped out, but end up i didnt received. i made complaint on 29th July again due to i notice the bill already been started calculating but the sim card i didnt receive nor activate. And finally i received simcard on roughtly 2-3th Aug after i received second email on 31st July that the new simcard been shipped out. Celcom promised to waived the bill from June till July, but end up no respond and bared my line. Customer careline was left answered by non-Malaysian who not able to communicate in Malay nor English language.
