Poor service. No money refunded
Bad customer service so called famous online shopping. A simple job also cannot do properly. I made order. Payment confirmed. Received email confirmation. On the day itself can track My order. On the next day unable to track. Called customer service said order become Invalid due to technical issue. Is that my fault? I told very clearly to customer service officer that to refund my money via store credit info my zalora account. He agreed and said will take about 3-5 working days. Today I receive email by saying they need my bank account details to refund my money. And stated as token of apology giving 35%discount with minimum purchase of rm200and valid till two days only. I didn’t ordered an item which came with minimum purchase comes with terms n conditions. Is this how zalora will treat customer ? I need an explanation from senior officers.
