  1. bad service,

cell phone contract was processed with my knowledge, now am wasting my airtime calling everyday with no feedback to remove the Code on my Vodacom account

  2. Disgusting shop with stock laying around

Walking into the Centurion mall branch, staff are playing around, by shooting one another with a play gun. Totally understand, almost closing time. All products laying around on the floor with a used mob and a dirty bucket, luckily, with no water in, which was used to mob the floors. You can’t look at the products. When asking why everything it laying around, I was told that they are re- organization the stock. I asked if they have a storage problem because the dirty mob is also standing between the products and old dirty bucket, which they said no.

Why must customers always be the one complaining about shops that you can’t enter. And if staff gets fired, it is everyone elses fault except themselves, because of no sales, because people can t shop in a place that looks like a timebomb that went off.

Photo’s at time of visit is available
I presume nothing will be done about this aswell!!!
