  1. Uncomfortable flight.

    Flew with AC rouge from Barbados to Toronto last month. Paid for premium rouge also requested a low salt meal when I made the booking in June. Unfortunately the meal was never packed so I didn’t get it. In my opinion, premium rouge is not as luxurious and classy as advertised. A curtain separates it and it looks cheap and cheesy. Head rest uncomfortable. First class on this Airbus is nothing. I felt sorry for those passengers who were squeezed up in the seats at the back of the plane with hardly any leg room. My friend complained how uncomfortable it was. COME ON Air canada, they say we are a third world country, but our money is just as good as anyone else. Send a proper air plane to barbados. We pay to fly like any body else and we have an international airport. Until then. we will use westjet cause its cheaper. HAVE A HEART AIR CANADA .

  2. Delayed luggage refund problems

    Flew with Air Canada from Gunnison to Vancouver via Denver on 20 June 2019. Arrived in Vancouver at 23.30 but unfortunately our luggage did not. Delivered 3 days later , a few hours before boarding the Rocky Mountaineer. Have been trying to claim compensation since returning to the UK on 6 July . Looked like we had a resolution at end of month but emailed seeking clarification on luggage charge refund. Have heard nothing further since 4 August despite emailing on 3 occasions. At stage now of submitting a formal complaint but incredibly difficult to find any contact numbers. Customer care an absolute joke and you feel they do not care about your problems and hope you will get fed up and go away
