If you arwe going to continue selling phones (which you still do) then you need to provide customer support for said items. no longer have access to an email address that iS my ID on my Blackberry Passport and am unable to re-set the ID. Multiple tries have failed and online advice would render the phone useless as the location security system is enabled. I can answer the security question but the reply only gets sent to the defunct email address. surely there is some means to remedy this! All want to do is update the phone which it keeps tellng me I need to do. To do that I cannot access the ID and reset both the ID and the password so I am in a vertiable catch 22. Please provide some sort of helpful response since your customer service website doesn’t seem to exist any more even though, as I stated, you still sell phones.
