I’ve been a user of your printer for years now and I’ve use a couple of your printer and what I observed was that all of the printers I used have a common problem and that is paper jam. I recently bought a new Brother DCP-T310 printer and it paper jam right away. I didn’t get the experience I wanted in your product.I’m frustrated and I hope you’ll do something with this.
