Sine April 2018 i am waiting for Makro or defy to come back to me about a problem on my washing machine, there was a problem they fix it but it is still not working correct , it is a 5 kg machine but can even wash towels , it do not spin it dry( i still have the emails )
Pathetic customer service from Defy and Game
I bought a Defy double door fridge by Game in Canal Walk about a year ago. Recently, just before Christmas 2018 the freezer cooling fan started making noises like a generator. This lasted for about a week, in which time I phoned Game who in turn logged a call with Defy to come out and fix whatever it was. It is now 2019, almost 2 weeks later and the freezer has packed up, and still no Defy technician. This is what I call pathetic service.
I bought a top load washing machine model DTL149 but this machine is not able to operate with my 6.5kw AVR generator.
At least the machine will do the washing and rinsing cycle but the washing machine will not start the spinning cycle.
Would like to hear from Defy as soon as possible.
