  1. Just wanted to acknowledge Andre from customer care for his great service when he arranged for a new radio to be fitted for my car. Thanks, much appreciated.

  2. I have a two year old Tucson purchased from Trinity Earlville nth Queensland.
I am a very dissatisfied customer and my complaint is with the service dept.
Yesterday I delivered my car at 9.30 am for a 450000 service …along with a lot of others.
When I returned at approximately 2.20 pm the paperwork was t ready so I went off to another appointment and returned an hour later.
The other people were still waiting for their cars dropped off at the same time.
When I finally got into my car the radio wasn’t working.
I went back into the office to ask why……the girl ( Carissa) I believe was her name came out to check it out ….she then went into the service dept to ask the manager and he told her they were updating my software and it just stopped working.
I asked to speak to him but she said he wasn’t allowed to speak to the customers???
I now have to wait for the part to come in maybe two or three weeks ….unacceptable.
The point is they made no mention of the problem when I took delivery of my car….they said they forgot….
I asked to speak to the service manager inside…..he informed me that he doesn’t deal with the customers and pointed in the direction of the staff…..
I will never buy another Hyundai and this dealership isn’t doing you any favours.
This is not my first issue with this service department and I hear many others expressing the same views…
Perhaps you could reply to my email….I would appreciate that
    Regards
    Cheryl Assange
