Mcdonalds branch bukit indah, nusajaya. Technologies make you guys even more sick than previous services. Slow. Messy. How am I going to eat my fries with caramel your staff put here.
Complain
I had went to the drive thru in branch McDonald’s Putra Nilai DT, and I wish to order breakfast, and they said stop selling the breakfast, but the time I order is 10.35am…It’s still early to stop customer order breakfast. And this branch staffs always lazy and sometimes we did the order they will give us the wrong things to. And they not even give you the sauce when get the food =…=!!!
I m wondering if I had a fall in one of the MC donald outlet last Tuesday due to the floor wet ( from air cond leaking and no AWAS signage displayed)your staff only let me claim for the medical bill I went to see the doctor) but till today I still have pain on both my knees… What shall I do?
Bad Services
McDonald’s new branch Danau Kota have a very bad services, my husband and his friend went down to buy some food, I still stay on my place I doesn’t went down. After they buy their food wanted to come up, but the staff doesn’t let them in. What kind off service is this, it’s the family member still at the place, we have to change our place. I will never come again, this is a very bad service in the world.
Complaint of McCafe
I wish to complain the outlet of McCafe at Jalan Medan Ipoh which is in terrible service coz few times I experienced the attendance was not there and I was in the rush hour but there was no one to attend me for more than 15 mins until I went to call up the front counter for asking assistance then wait for 5 mins again the attendance slowly came to make my coffee.
And today again, I went in the same time around 8.45am to buy the coffee but there’s no attendance at the McCafe until I went to ask then your staff said no one make coffee coz the attendance absent today so no coffee today.
What the hell of service for a cafe but no selling coffee???
This is what the service I experienced in McCafe in ‘GOOD’ service and how do I recommend to others.

I wish i can put pictures of mcdonalds delivery that i received from mcdonalds bundusan kota kinabalu branch. My nasi lemak fell through the packaging thats soaked with coke. And i think they left out the egg coz i cant find one..the quarter pounder is not edible, the bread was totally soggy with coke..wet apple pie, cold fries!!!!

Found hair in burger
There is a very long strand of hair in my sausage egg muffin burger this morning, at KL Sentral branch. I have to throw the whole burger. It is super unhygiene, disgusting and it spoils my morning! it’s definitely not a feel good moment and I am not loving it! please revert back to me!

Bad delivery service! Wasting my time to getting "fast food"
I have ordered my meals through your Mcdelivery by today 12.30pm but until 3.30pm I also can’t get my meals! I called 4 times to the customer services and end up they ask me to wait the call from their respective branch . At last the rider said has delivered but the problems is he give to wrong person! Im so disappointed and your rider didn’t even call me and check the order no before pass the meals! Please check for your process and Im have been waiting for 3 hours and end up with nothing!

ordering through Mcdelivery for 6pcs nuggets and change the sauce from barbeque to sweet n sour sauce…after checking n my sauce is still the same, this happened twice already.
