Terrible and poor sales and customer service
On 11th Nov, I tried to recontract my mobile no but failed as there was an error, and I could not process payment . I called 1609, finally this sales staff , email as g-ibsales@singtel.com supported me to recontract via phone .. everything was smooth and she told me that I will recieved my service agreement within the day ( before 6 pm ) . Somehow, I did not received till Sunday . I called 1688, customer service Mr Daus pick up the case. He return my call on Monday evening and told me that my online purchase was canceled . He doesn’t know the reason and subsequently I have not get any uodates what so ever . I called several times, repeating the whole issue to at least 6 or 7 customer service but useless as they said sales staff will contact me . Question here is : SingTel need so many days to resolve such as simple issues ? customer Service told me they could not get to the sales staff. You mean such a big organization does not even have proper staff and CS management ? Is this the way how SingTel treat consumer like us ? Don’t bother to follow up ? I demand an reasonable explanation from the top management . My case has already been recorded but why isn’t manager incharge has to follow up instead we comsuner has to go through the Hassle to call and listen to the music for more than 30 mins ???? Whatever it is , I need the status to be updated ASAP .
Complain
I have written to singtel to complain on the billing issue and no reply from you. Now u get a collection company to write to me asking for payment when the fault of disconnecting my broadband service was yours because of the mistake made by your billing department and you acknowledge the fault was on singtel’s part then apologise saying you will not charge the connection fees but ended up still charging it and even when no broadband service was rendered yet singtel keep charging for the next 3 months. Can singtel explained why is this so. I am disappointed by the way you serve customers not replying to resolve the matter but choose to keep quiet about it. Hope to hear from you soon as I will not hesitate to write to singtel’s higher authorities like the CEO to complain.
Broadband No Internet Service
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this complaint letter to notify you about the services of your company. We had a relocotion service last Friday, 07 December 2018 at 4:00 pm. After the installation is being made there were no internet connection. Your engineer told me to wait until 6:00pm. One of his collegues will call me to check about the status of our internet connection.
Around 6pm on that day someone called me to informed that the issue has not yet being resolve. Though, she promised me that they will try to resolved the problem until yesterday. However, this is the 3rd day and until now our internet connection is still down. I contacted the call centre but I can’t get through or a voice prompt will say “Sorry, you may try to call back again later.
How long am I going to wait to resolve this issue? That is why I am writing this letter to you. I am very displeased with your services.
I hope my issue will be brought to notice and will be resolved by tomorrow.

Terrible service
Pathetic service; service interrupted n customer rep said bill was not paid. Due date January 9th; we are 22nd December. Even after paying customer rep Said a returned call will be done but in vain. Do you need to stoop so Low? Sickening? Are we claiming this oldest company with such fantastic service? How on earth these pathetic service can be provided n you still demand such premiums for what? Your incompetence?

Because of the mistake made by your technical department and your singtel apologise the fault was on singtel and saying you will not charge the reconnection fees but ended up still charging it and charge for 2 time some more! Very disappointed by the way your singtel serve customers to making us calling and calling is was wasting time and money, same questions be asked by different person, and Unable to get email address from their customer support. I am very disappointed with singtel service after with singtel for amost 20years! This is how your singtel treat your customer?
Terrible customer service
I had to written in singtel to complain on the billing issue. Recently just merge my 2nd hp line into 1 billing account. so there should be discount on same billing address. but was no given until I check and call and the customer say I had to nominate to get discount. So stupid the billing department cant check my account merging address, I already merge in the same account and billing address .Very disappointed by the way your singtel serve customers to making us calling and calling is was wasting time and money, some more when I doing a merging at singtel store, the customer service staff also never informed me have to norminate to get discount on same address billing.I am very disappointed with singtel service after with singtel for amost 30 years plus scince I was a student.This is how your singtel treat your customer? terrible services, huge dispointment and poor responses
The active account which I have currently have is 49109004, not 73578766, I have only have 1 Mio-Tv set up box, I do not have 2 set-up boxes. one of this account was terminated
a long time ago, and I have done the full payment since than. but singtel officer told me that since the account have be terminated, it cannot be re-activated again. instead the officer created a new account for my singtel services.
So why am I getting 2 bills statements instead of 1 bill statement, when 1 of account them have terminated long time ago and now you have transferred the account 73578766 to account 49109004, without my acknowledgement. you did not do any clarification with me.
I have called up singtel customer services 4 to 5 times and explain to them, and they have acknowledge that the account have be terminated long time ago and don’t understand why I have receiving the statements, you can trace my line of whom I have spoken to, because of this unclosed issue I am unable to renew my mobile contract which expired on 1st of August. it is very frustrating and huge disappointment for me, being pushed around.
